Second installment in the Asian Three-Fold Mirror coproduction omnibus project featuring films by three cuttingedge Asian directors on a single concept.
The Sea by director Degena Yun from Inner Mongolia probes the meaning of family. Matsunaga Daishi directs Hekishu, which features Hasegawa Hiroki as a business man, working in Myanmar. Director Edwin's Variable No. 3 depicts an Indonesian couple staying in Tokyo. The threepart omnibus tackles the theme of "journey" with stories set in China, Myanmar and Japan. All three films feature the popular Indonesian actor Nicholas Saputra.
