Set in Kokura in Fukuoka Prefecture, birthplace of keirin cycle races, this drama depicts a former baseball player's attempt at a comeback by competing in cycle racing. Eguchi Kan, who took part in the creative direction of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic bid video, makes his commercial film directorial debut.
Former baseball player Hamajima(Abe Kenichi) has been living a slovenly lifestyle ever since receiving the announcement he would not be included in the team roster. Though he entered cycle racing school on the recommendation of a friend, he becomes the focus of the instructor's fierce hazing. Meanwhile, Hamajima re-evaluates himself when he learns of his hard working classmate Hisamatsu (Fukuyama Shodai).
