A family drama based on the popular series of blog posts describing the real-life accounts of a man who turns to online gaming in order to reconnect with his father. It co-stars Sakaguchi Kentaro and Yoshida Kotaro who play the father and son.
Iwamoto Akira (Yoshida) is a career-centered father who unexpectedly quits his company. In order to get to know his taciturn father, advertising firm employee Akio (Sakaguchi) introduces his father to the online game 'FINAL FANTASY XIV' where they can go on adventures while hiding his identity.
