[ Story ]

Feature film debut for Adachi Hirotaka, aka popular author Otsuichi whose numerous novels have been adapted for film. This original story depicts the terror of 'Shirai-san,' the horror character created by Adachi in the vein of J-horror films like Ring and Grudge.
Mizuki's (Iitoyo Marie) close friend dies right in front of her and she investigates the case with Haruo (Inaba Yu), whose younger brother also mysteriously dies with ruptured eyeballs. They track down the woman who holds the key to the deaths, but she perishes after uttering the word 'Shirai-san.'
