[ Story ]
A family regaining the time with their deceased father is depicted in this drama directed by Tokiwa Shiro who spent seven years planning the script. This is his debut feature film.
Rintaro (Sometani Shota) returns home for the first time in a long while to see his dying father Hitoshi (Nagase Masatoshi), and prepares for the funeral service with his older sister Miyako (Toda Erika). However, their mother Akiko (Saito Yuki) cancels the traditional bentos served at a wake as per her husband's final request. Each time they eat Akiko's home cooked food, memories of the family's life over the five years they lived together well up in their minds.
