Director Shinohara Tetsuo and star Yamazaki Masayoshi team up again the first time in 22 years since One More Time, One More Chance for this adaptation of the mystery novel Yokoyama Hideo who became known through Six Four.
Makabe Shuichi (Yamazaki) is a professional thief known as burglar who sneaks into people's homes as they sleep in the dead of night to burglarize them. One day he enters a home as always and comes upon an attempt at a murder-arson. The incident brings up memories of something that happened 20 years ago which Makabe had forgotten.
