Yoneda Aoko (Nikaido Fumi) works in the editorial department at a publishing house. She leads a fulfilling life both professionally and personally, complete with the sassy 11-year-old daughter of her boyfriend, who was widowed 2 years earlier. One day, Aoko's monthly "visitor" shows up.
