Set in a world where Saitama Prefecture residents are viciously persecuted by Tokyoites, Momomi (Nikaido Fumi) — the son of Tokyo's governor and student at an ultra-elite school — reigns supreme in a hierarchy that puts Saitama Prefecture at the bottom. One day, America-returnee Asami (GACKT) transfers into his school, but it turns out he is hiding his Saitama roots.
