The song "Chiisana Koi no Uta" by the band MONGOL800 becomes the motif for this teen film. At the helm is Hashimoto Kojiro, a student of Somai Shinji and Takita Yojiro, who made his feature-length debut with Orange.
In a small town on Okinawa where the two countries of Japan and America exist fenced off from one another, a band at a high school is becoming popular. They are scouted by a record company for their original songs and unmistakable talents, but just when their professional debut is arranged, the band is involved in a traffic accident. Now their future is uncertain.
