Feature film adaptation of the graphically realistic medical mystery novel by real-life doctor Chinen Mikito. Depicts the heart-stopping battles of a doctor confronting a vicious criminal in a barred-off former psychiatric hospital.
On-call substitute doctor Hayami (Sakaguchi Kentaro) suddenly finds himself faced with a terrifying criminal in a clown mask. The assailant demands that Hayami treat injured high school student Hitomi (Nagano Mei). The perpetrator sets siege to the building and Hayami finds himself confined with 64 unknown patients.
