[ Story ]

Film adaptation of Konno Bin's popular novelized series "Ninkyo" about the hardships experienced by do-gooder yakuza. Helmed by TV drama-veteran Kimura Hisashi, who counts Miike Takashi and Tsutsumi Yukihiko as mentors.
The Akimoto-gumi yakuza take on a project to rehabilitate a high school, yet another messy case in keeping with their motto of serving the community. The number-two man Himura (Nishijima Hidetoshi) isn't enthusiastic, but when he takes his henchmen to the school under orders from the boss (Nishida Toshiyuki) he finds apathetic students and a stick-in-the-mud teacher.
