The popular manga of the same name about a girl preoccupied by sport climbing is adapted to live-action by director Furumaya Tomoyuki, who has tackled numerous adolescent films such as Robocon. The script is written by popular screenwriter Yoshida Reiko of K-ON! MOVIE and Violet Evergarden : The Movie.
Kotera (Kudo Haruka) belongs to the climbing club and is completely absorbed in her favorite pastime of sport climbing. Table tennis club member Kondo (Ito Kentaro) practices nearby and gradually becomes attracted to Kotera as he watches her climb the wall with conviction.
