Through interviews with people who knew the young man who lost his life in the First Haneda Struggle of 1967, this documentary sheds light on the "unusually fierce era". The director is Daishima Haruhiko of The Wages of Resistance: Narita Stories and The Fall of Icarus: Narita Stories.
Eighteen-year-old Yamazaki Hiroaki lost his life during the First Haneda Struggle, which marked the beginning of the radical student movement. Theories exist about the cause of death, but his death greatly impacted young people of his generation. Fifty years later fourteen survivors look back on those days.
