[ Story ]
Documentary that emerged from a project from the artist unit Komori Haruka + Seo Natsumi, whose collaboration began through volunteer activities after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
In 2018, four travelers gathered for a workshop based in Rikuzentakada. They place themselves in the local landscape and perform a recitation of "Double-layered Town," a tale woven together by painter/artist Seo. They use their own words and bodies to bridge the locality's past, present and future, which videographer Komori captures with scrupulousness and subtlety.
