Filmmaker Komori Haruka, who has continued to record the scenery and people's lives in Tohoku since the Great East Japan Earthquake, presents this documentary, following an unusual support effort for the disaster-stricken areas.
Simo-Kajiro Danchi is a reconstruction public housing complex in Fukushima Prefecture housing residents who were evacuated due to the nuclear accident caused by the earthquake. In 2016, the housing complex started a project called "Radio Simo-Kajiro" to distribute radio-style CDs. In 2019, a "support band" was formed to play songs that were memorable to residents. This film documents the rich relationship of residents who gain support through music.
