Director Miyaoka Taro was blown away when he saw the stage production of the same-named play presented by Theater Group elePHANTMoon in 2009 and adapted the drama as an indie film.
Sayo (Hagiwara Minori), an aspiring fashion designer in Tokyo, gets a call from her sister Asumi (Hiiragi Rumi), who still lives in their hometown, announcing her engagement. Sayo is astounded when she learns the name of her sister's fiancé and returns home in a state of agitation. The fiancé was involved in an incident that happened to Sayo eight years ago.
