This is the 30th film in the "Pretty Cure" franchise. It is the first stand-alone "Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure" film for the series which aired in February, 2021.
One day, Manatsu (Ai Fairouz) and her friends receive a delightful invitation from the Snow Kingdom of Shantia. They attend the celebration for the new queen, Sharon (Matsumoto Marika). Laura (Hidaka Rina), who hopes to become the queen of the mermaid kingdom, is given a beautiful ring, but a mysterious monster suddenly appears and traps everyone in the kingdom.
