Actor Ozawa Hitoshi took on the challenge of producing this film in commemoration of his 60th birthday. He also starred in this full-scale action film from his own original screenplay, without resorting to CG or a stunt double.
The head of the Sakurada clan, which has territory in Kaiko City, nicknamed "Crime City," is murdered by the Korean mafia. The Korean mafia leader was in secret communication with Gojo Wataru, the chairman of the Gojo conglomerate. The chief prosecutor of the Public Prosecutors Office, who is secretly pursuing a case involving Gojo, orders the formation of a special investigation team. Among them is former police inspector Torada Makoto (Ozawa Hitoshi), who is actually in custody.
