A film adaptation of a short novel by writer Sato Yasushi set in the Kanto region, with a screenplay by Takada Ryo, the writer of The Light Shines Only There. Directed by Jojo Hideo, who received high acclaim for On the Edge of Their Seats.
Unsuccessful novelist Shinichi (Yamada Yuki) has been living a gloomy life since his lover left him. A friend's ex-wife, Yuko (Matsumoto Marika), moves into the house where Shinichi lives with her young son, Akira. The relationship between the three gradually changes as they lead a strange half-cohabitation life.
