Based on a book written by the younger brother of X-JAPAN guitarist Hide, who has fans around the world, director Tsukamoto Renpei (Bento Harassment) adapts the book to film. The film spins a tale of hope as the younger brother and his friends deliver the music left behind by Hide.
Hide passed away suddenly on 2nd May, 1998, and while the whole of Japan was in an uproar, with approximately 50,000 people attending his funeral, his younger brother Matsumoto Hiroshi (Imai Tsubasa), who acted as his manager, begins working with co-producer I.N.A. (Tsukamoto Takashi) and others to give form to his brother's wishes.
