[ Story ]
Love story directed and written by Katayama Shinzo, known for Siblings of the Cape and Missing. Based on the same-named short story by manga artist Tsuge Yoshiharu.
Yoshio (Narita Ryo) is a struggling manga artist who lives in impoverished Kitamachi. He falls for the recently divorced Fukuko (Nakamura Eriko) after his sketchy landlord ropes him and his would-be novelist buddy Imori (Morita Go) into helping her move. Imori and Fukuko end up crashing at Yoshio's place, beginning an unusual shared living arrangement.
