Spinoff featuring the character Tamura Yuto from the "Japan Unification" series.
Tamura (Yamaguchi Yoshiyuki) hears a rumor that the Chinese mafia is behind a merchant's rapid expansion. On his way back from meeting the merchant, his car is ambushed. Tamura fends off the attackers and returns safely to his office. He wants to talk about the attack with Himuro Renji (Motomiya Yasukaze) and asks him to come back to the office, but he fails to show up.
