"Blonde Demonstration" by students against the strange school rules happened at a small rural junior high school spread through Social Media and even the Prime Minister took action!! A young teacher who was ordered to settle the incidents, and struggles through the hardship with the students, supervisor, and the society. The teacher who still considers himself as a young man is forced to accept the fact that "he is already an old man" when he faces students whose mental age is much older than he imagined.
