An original story resulting from producer Tanaka Takeshi's nearly two and a half years of research into film commissions nationwide and a screenwriting collaboration with rising Kanagawa University of the Arts Visual Concept Planning Department director Sakashita Yuichiro.
A film producer (Yoshizawa Hisashi) who wasn't able to make a new film due to a past failure schemes to make a film by tricking townspeople who hope to revitalize their local area by having a film shot there. However, when the townspeople realize they are just being used, they fight back by coming up with their own unbelievable plan.
