The theatrical film concluding the popular medical drama series "Doctor X: Surgeon Michiko Daimon". Continuing from the drama series, director Tamura Naoki and screenwriter Nakazono Miho continue to serve as director and screenwriter, respectively.
Daimon Michiko (Yonekura Ryoko), a genius freelance surgeon, leaves Japan to save the life of a certain country's president. Around the same time, Kozu Hiroto (Sometani Shota), starts as the new hospital director of the Totei University Hospital. Due to drastic streamlining doctors and nurses are being laid off one after another. What is Hiroto's true purpose for coming to Totei University Hospital?
