Drama from Gu Gu, the Cat director Inudo Isshin, acclaimed for his films featuring animals, about the relationship between a young man and a rescue dog. Original story and script from screenplay writer Saito Hiroshi, known for Himitsu and Resurrection.
Akanishi Tamio (Tanaka Kei) gets dumped by his fiancee and feels unfulfilled by his work as a civil servant in Yokohama. He takes in a rescue dog that was abandoned by its owner, and he bonds with the dog after naming it "Haw," since that's the only sound the dog can make. Then, Haw vanishes.
