[ Story ]

"Rurouni Kenshin" series director Otomo Keishi adapts Shindo Junjo's same-named novel for the big screen. Captures the struggles and friendships of young people seeking freedom in US-occupied Okinawa.
The year is 1952. Gusuku (Tsumabuki Satoshi) dreams of scoring a big haul from the U.S. military base with Yamako (Hirose Suzu), Rei (Kubota Masataka) and Onn (Nagayama Eita), the leader who rallies them together. On the night of their boldest raid ever, Onn finds "unexpected loot" and suddenly vanishes.
