Brulée means "burn" in French. The story of a sorrowful and beautiful love shared by identical twin sisters.
Hinako commits arson in a town on the sea in the Tohoku district. They run into each other, when Minako takes their grandmother's ashes from the Kyushu district to the sea. They are supposed to live happily together in their uncle's house, but… The gemini are also on "KOTOKO" dir.Shinya Tsukamoto.
"Brulee" is an independent film. The director and screenwriter, Kenta Hayashida, died on 32 years old during the film was released theatrically.
