This documentary film is a decade-long record of the activities of children fighting childhood cancer and the medical staff and volunteers who support them. The "SMS Summer Camp" established by three doctors engaged in childhood cancer treatment is reaching its tenth anniversary. Children who normally spend their days in hospital rooms interact with nature and build a stronger bond with ex-patient volunteers at these camps. This touching piece of work goes beyond the framework of your average documentary about an intractable disease and heightens awareness in modern society about the value and meaning of life.
