Documentary about victims of the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami by director Ise Shinichi, whose style is consistently supportive of his subjects.
Cameraman Miyata Hachiro arrives to ascertain the whereabouts of musician Tomabechi Satoro, who lives in Watari Town, Miyagi Prefecture. Fortunately, Tomabechi is safe, and they succeed in getting his singing online. That leads to director Ise and crew visiting Watari Town every month. And, they also venture out to Iitate Village in Fukushima Prefecture, which is in turmoil due to radiation contamination, and document people's feelings.
