A film adaptation of the new series by Yanagisawa Kimio following the "Tokumei Kakaricho, Tadano Hitoshi" series. This is the first film starring Horikoshi Nori. Namino Yoko (Horikoshi Nori), a female announcer put out to pasture, actually works under direct orders from Chairman Shirakawa. One day, Shirakawa, with a shareholders' meeting coming up, receives a blackmail e-mail concerning a scandal involving producer Akiyama (Kishimoto Yuji), demanding the cancellation of all programs produced by Akiyama. Yoko meticulously investigates Akiyama's large pool of contacts and corners the real culprit.
