Up-and-coming artist Takagi Masakatsu has traveled the world collecting images, arranging them with digital processing, and then setting them to music, particularly the piano. His work has been commanding global attention and he was chosen as one of the "100 most respected Japanese in the world" by a 2009 Japanese edition of Newsweek. This documentary assiduously depicts, including scenes from backstage, the whole of the "Tai Rei Tei Rio", concert, Takagi's major project carried out in the fall of 2008. What is music? What is art? This documentary depicts the artist and ten co-starring musicians' pure and passionate attempts to answer these fundamental questions.
