The tenth film production of the pirate comic 'One Piece' which has currently sold 165 million copies nationwide. Comic originator Oda Eiichiro, steps up as executive producer and story writer to depict a dynamic clash between the main character and a band of legendary pirates. The news of the destruction of their hometown "East blue" reaches Luffy (voiced by Tanaka Mayumi) and the gang during their travels. Luffy decides to head home, but Nami (voiced by Okamura Akemi) is stolen away by the legendary pirate Shiki Golden Lion (voiced by Takenaka Naoto) who appears from the skies.
