A documentary film shot in Nishinari Ward, Osaka with around 20,000 daily workers and many street sleepers. The work features activities to develop the region with the help of the local community, in order to free itself from the dark image it is being frequently associated with. It is an innovative project connecting the lives and events of all people without eliminating anyone the film team encountered over two years. It also introduces a successful case in the UK, where the local community as a whole nurtures social entrepreneurs and the benefits shared and enjoyed by its residents.
