The second work of the "Neo Action" series following the SUPER GORE GIRL (Sei Shirayuri Kishidan). A unique action comedy inspired by old Hong Kong kung-fu films. The work is narrated by Ishimaru Hiroya, known for the dubbed Japanese voice for Jackie Chan. Goo (Suzuki Shinji), who studied Fengya Shenquan in China, respects the will of his late master and enters a high school in Japan. He, for some reason, believes that the ultimate secret of martial arts lies in comedy and joins the Comedy Club. As he is ready to write up a comedy act, he is confronted by the manager of the competing Drama Club.
