Director Nakata Hideo shot The Ring 2 at the invitation of Hollywood as the standard-bearer of Japanese horror films. In this unique documentary, he asks the many questions that emerged as he struggled with a whole new film production system to the Hollywood movie people. It sheds light on the inside of Hollywood, the center of commercial film, using three keywords. One of the keywords is "monitor screening," a method in which the story is changed according to the response of the audience. This work also includes an interview with Director Shimizu Takashi of THE JUON (Ju-On).
