[ Story ]

Based on popular manga artist Saibara Rieko's manga series of the same title. As can be seen from his previous work, such as FUNUKE Show Some Love, You Losers! (Funukedomo, Kanashimi no Ai wo Misero), director Yoshida Daihachi's films have a place for all sorts of lovable, quirky characters. In this love story for grown-ups, woman's pursuit for love never dies and Yoshida portrays such feminine strength and compassion with humor. Naoko (Kanno Miho) returns home with her young daughter, where her mother Masako (Natsuki Mari) runs the only beauty parlor in town. The local women go there to pass the time lamenting their bad luck with men and laughing over dirty jokes. Unbeknownst to them, Naoko has been secretly seeing her former teacher, Kashima (Eguchi Yosuke).
