This is the last film of a trilogy, from the TV superhero action series with three Masked Riders as the main characters. Diend, a smooth burglar who travels through space and time in The Masked Rider Decade (Kamen Rider Decade) carries out a secret plot to try and get his hands on some treasure. As Ryotaro (Mizoguchi Takuya), or Masked Rider Den-O, searches for his enemies, Daiki (Totani Kimito) who changes into Diend appears. He becomes possessed by his enemies, and steals the time-traveling Den Liner to run away.
