This film is the final volume of the TV anime "Mobile Suit Gundam 00," which was broadcast for two seasons between 2007 and 2009. Set two years after the last TV episode, young pilots called "Gundam Meisters" fight an all-out last battle. In AD 2314, Setsuna (voice: Miyano Mamoru) and other members of the private armed organization Celestial Being have continued to secretly keep watch from afar as peace returns to the lives of the human race. Then, an unidentified metal organism reaches earth from space. Setsuna gets in a new mobile suit to tackle the threat.
