[ Story ]
The Otoasobi Project was started in 2005 by students who studied improvised musical performances with people with intellectual disabilities. This film is a music documentary tracking their activities. The whole initiative was started to create new music by allowing all members, including people with intellectual disabilities, music therapists, and musicians, to perform freely. The work questions the true purpose of music and traces how people have communicated with each other. Over time, their successive and spectacular failures culminate in serene musical performances.
