This is one entry in a collection of short films starring CITYBOYS, a veteran comedy group made up of Kitaro, Otake Makoto, and Saiki Shigeru. This absurd comedy is directed by Fukuda Yuichi, who also directed Chasing My Girl (Oarai Nimo Hoshi wa Furunari). 50-year-old Mr. Fukumori (Kitaro) is being interviewed by a TV crew on the banks of the Tama River. Having been laid off, he says he is opening a rock-skipping school there. Just then, his pupil, Mr. Yoshida (Otake), and a rival challenger (Saiki), appear.
