A sexy historial action drama about the exploits of female ninja, based on the book "Ninja Tsukikagesho" by Yamada Futaro, whose "Ninpocho" romantic novel series has been frequently adapted for film. Its non-stop cavalcade of outlandish 'female weapons' is a must-see. In the Edo Period, shogun Yoshimune (Wakayama Kiichiro) extols the virtues of simple living and frugality. The leader of the Owari Clan rebels against his reforms, and plots his downfall by employing Koga ninja assassins. Yoshimune fights back by hiring female ninja from Kishu, and the two sides engage in fierce ninja warfare.
