A love story with a suspenseful touch based on the bestselling novel by Higashino Keigo, who is currently one of Japan's most popular authors. Director Wakamatsu Setsuro's previous work THE UNBROKEN won Best Film at the 2010 Japan Academy Awards. Watabe Kazuya (Kishitani Goro) works for a major construction firm, has a beautiful wife and beloved daughter, and lacks for nothing in his life.
