[ Story ]
Fourth installation in the six-part science fiction anime. Youth who have awakened to paranormal abilities face a cyborg organization focused on their destruction. Conceived by director Iida Umanosuke, who passed away in 2010, and completed with help from his colleague Mori Takeshi. Shun (voice: Toriumi Kosuke) regains his memory as the cyborg Epsilon and goes through violent turmoil. He belongs to enforcement arm Custos of the secret group Ordo, which attacks the base of Quon (voice: Kamiya Hiroshi) and the other super-powered youth.
