[ Story ]
The second spin-off from the highly successful Odoru Daisousasen (Bayside Shakedown) series, directed by Bayside Shakedown's scriptwriter, Kimizuka Ryoichi.
Superintendent Detective Muroi (Yanagiba Toshiro) of the Criminal Investigation Bureau is arrested on charges of misconduct during an investigation. He is accused by the mother of a suspect of using excessive force during an interrogation. The suspect was subsequently knocked down and killed by a car while trying to escape from custody. Prosecutor Hajima is obsessed with exposing police injustice and drives Muroi into a corner. The female lawyer, Kumiko (Tanaka Lena), assigned to defend Muroi is frustrated by Muroi's refusal to talk in his own defense, but gradually comes to understand Muroi's reasons. Temporarily released, Muroi begins a deeper investigation which uncovers a conspiracy in the criminal justice department. Muroi's passion wins the others over to his side and the real criminal is exposed. The charges against Muroi are dropped.
