[ Story ]
A Japanese Marine Self Defense Force patrol ship is equipped with the latest defense system, nicknamed "Aegis", after the invincible shield in Greek mythology. Miyatsu (Terao Akira) is second in command on the ship. His son was killed by the intelligence arm of the Self Defense Forces so he conspires with an enemy spy (Nakai Kiichi) to hijack the ship. The terrorists force the crew to abandon ship and announce to the Japanese government that all the missiles on board are aimed at Tokyo. Miyatsu and the enemy spy have a special weapon codenamed "Gusoh" which is capable of obliterating the Japanese capital. They know there is nothing the Japanese government can do to stop them. However, they haven't counted on group leader, Sengoku (Sanada Hiroyuki), who knows the ship like the back of his hand. Sengoku manages to sneak back on board and challenges the terrorists. Meanwhile, Miyatsu discovers that his son was actually killed by the enemy. They kill Miyatsu and are about to launch "Gusoh" when Sengoku intervenes, preventing the attack.
Directed by Sakamoto Junji, the master of male action dramas like Tokarev and KT.
