Sitcom based on the ministerial meetings where the cabinet makes their decisions, including incidents that bring real politicians to mind. Cabinet ministers debate a bizarre bill in a closed session.
Rookie minister Onozuka (Yamaguchi Tomomitsu) is eager for his first cabinet meeting. But, he is dismayed and annoyed to find that in reality they just sign legislative bills. Then, a bill is secretly proposed that says bras and panties cannot be worn, since there are no differences between women and men in Japan.
