A year has passed since manga creator Atsumi (Ayase Haruka) attempted suicide. In attempt to wake her from her comatose state, her childhood friend and lover Koichi (Satoh Takeru) takes part in an advanced medical process called "sensing" that allows him to enter her subconscious mind.
