[ Story ]

Drama that depicts a sensual world under the sway of a peculiar worldview, based on author Yoshida Shuichi's novel of the same name. Director Omori Tatsushi has received high acclaim abroad for works including The Whispering of the Gods. Awarded the Special Jury Prize in the Competition program at the 35th Moscow International Film Festival.
Ozaki Shunsuke (Onishi Shima) lives in a ravine far from the city with his wife Kanako (Maki Yoko). Watanabe (Omori Nao), a reporter covering an infanticide incident, has his doubts about this couple who live in hiding with only the bare necessities.
