The 25th film in the popular animated franchise that celebrated its 25th year on television in 2013. It presents a heartwarming depiction of a tiny boy elephant's gradual growth through his friendship with Anpanman. Its story is provided by manga creator Yanase Takashi, who passed away in 2013 at the age of 94.
Pao (voice: Motokariya Yuika), a little elephant who lives above the clouds, is clumsy and fails at everything he does. He loses his confidence and hope, and eventually shuts himself off from others. Then Baikinman (voice: Nakao Ryusei) uses his latest robot Yogosuzo to make the city filthy.
